IVE Automotive Engineering Alumni Activity: Exploring the Latest Developments in the Automotive Industry

The "Automotive Engineering Alumni Activity" organised by IVE Engineering was successfully held at IVE (Tsing Yi) on 9 November 2024. Dozens of alumni reunited at their alma mater and had fruitful exchanges with each other.  

The alumni event kicked off with a seminar hosted by automotive mechanical expert Mr. Hing Cheung Lung (Lung Sir). Lung Sir shared the advantages of new energy vehicles. Following that, Ir. Dr. Catter To from VTC Engineering discussed the route to professional membership, providing career planning insights for alumni who are just starting out. Additionally, student Chun Yue Chau shared an excellent project on hydrogen energy. Finally, the event concluded with a visit to the Electric Vehicle Training Center. Throughout the day, alumni gained valuable knowledge, and everyone benefited from the activity. They are looking forward to gathering with teachers and fellow classmates again to continue exploring the field of automotive engineering.
