You may click the “Forgot Password?” button on the top right hand corner of our Alumni Portal. By entering the required information, a new password will be sent to your registered email account.
How to retrieve user login name?
You may click the “Forgot Password?” button on the top right hand corner of our Alumni Portal. In the Forgot Password page, click the “Forgot Username” button beside the Username entering field. By inputting the required information, your username will be sent to your registered email account.
Can I update my (alumnus) personal information (e.g. residential address, email and phone number)?
Alumni who have activated their alumni account can login and update his/her personal information, academic qualification, and employment history.
If you have not yet activated your alumni account, please refer to the step-by-step account activation guide to finish the account activation process.

How to join an Alumni Association?
If you wish to join any of the alumni associations, you can:
- Write to Alumni Association to apply
- Contact Alumni Relations Section to apply
- Register your alumni account through our “activate alumni account” webpage. Once you have activated your alumni account, you can join any of the alumni associations after login.
How to recruit VTC graduates through VTC Job Information System (JIS)?
VTC Job Information System (JIS) provides a platform for employers to place job vacancies for VTC graduates. Employers may click here to register in ‘New Employer Registration’. If it is the first time your company uses JIS platform, please also upload a copy of your Business Registration Certificate for our verification. We will confirm your registration by email within 2 working days.
